The vines were planted in the 1980s on shallow yellow, ochre and brown marl. The domaine is certified organic (AB, 2024).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are pressed directly, lightly settled and fermented with ambient yeasts. The wine then ages for 12 months in once-used barrel before a light filtration. Production averages only about 25 cases a year.
