The fruit comes from a single 10-hectare plot at Bray, sitting at about 350 metres, where the old vines were planted between the 1940s and 1970s on limestone and grey marl.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe winemaking is deliberately hands-off. Whole bunches are pressed, and the wine is fermented and aged in used 350 to 500-litre barrels, with no new oak. It is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Only around 6,200 bottles were made of this low-yielding, fresh 2024.
