Le Domaine d'Henri is the Laroche family's own estate. Michel Laroche named it after his father Henri, and his daughter Margaux now runs it. The label pictures Henri and Madeleine Laroche. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2022.
Saint Pierre is the domaine's classic Chablis, drawn from the lieux-dits of Fyé and Fleys. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and spends 24 months on its lees: 70% in stainless steel, 10% in stoneware amphorae and 20% in oak. The long élevage gives the wine texture and length, while it stays fresh and mineral. Expect white fruit, citrus and a fine, chalky line.
