The 2023 Louis Jadot Savigny-lès-Beaune Premier Cru ‘La Dominode’ is a beautifully composed Pinot Noir from one of Savigny’s most highly regarded sites. Sourced from east-facing vines reaching up to 80 years of age, it offers impressive depth while retaining the freshness and perfume that defines the village. Black plum, mulberry and red cherry are layered with subtle spice, florals and a mineral edge. The palate is concentrated and finely structured, with supple fruit, firm yet polished tannins and excellent persistence. Already expressive, this is serious Savigny with the structure and balance to develop beautifully over the next decade.
