Domaine Jérôme Chézeaux is a family estate of around 11 hectares based in Premeaux-Prissey, just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Founded in 1930 by Julien Misserey and developed by Bernard Chézeaux, it has been run since the 1990s by Jérôme Chézeaux, now working alongside his wife Pierrette and daughter Lyse. The vines are farmed under lutte raisonnée with soil work, and the wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for 15 to 24 months with around 30% new oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Aux Boudots sits on the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges, next to Vosne-Romanée. The domaine's 0.35-hectare parcel is steep and east-facing at around 275 metres. The fruit is fully destemmed and given three to four days of cold maceration, then aged for 15 to 18 months in barrel with 30% new oak, giving black fruit, cocoa and spice.

Structured Premier Cru Pinot for duck, venison or aged cheeses.
