Domaine Jérôme Chézeaux is a family estate of around 11 hectares based in Premeaux-Prissey, just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Founded in 1930 by Julien Misserey and developed by Bernard Chézeaux, it has been run since the 1990s by Jérôme Chézeaux, now working alongside his wife Pierrette and daughter Lyse. The vines are farmed under lutte raisonnée with soil work, and the wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for 15 to 24 months with around 30% new oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Les Charbonnières is a 0.67-hectare village lieu-dit in Nuits-Saint-Georges, planted with old vines on marl mixed with sand and stones.
