Domaine La Bastide Blanche is an organic estate in Bandol, on the Provençal coast between Marseille and Toulon. Bandol is home to Mourvèdre, which gives its rosés more depth than most.

The 2024 is pale and savoury, with red berries, citrus and herbs and a long, saline finish.

A serious rosé for bouillabaisse, grilled fish or summer lunches.
