Domaine Vincent Tremblay is a fifth-generation family estate in Chablis, now run by Vincent and Eléonore Tremblay. The family farms more than 37 hectares across the appellation, including 10 hectares of Premier Cru.
Fourchaume sits on the right bank of the Serein, just north of the Grands Crus. The wine is raised in stainless steel to keep it fresh and precise, with lemon, grapefruit and orchard fruit, white flowers and wet-stone minerality. This is the half-bottle format.
