Founded by Marcel Ott in 1896 and now part of the Louis Roederer family, Domaines Ott is the name behind Provence's most recognisable bottle. Clos Mireille sits by the sea at La Londe-les-Maures, where schist soils and Mediterranean breezes give its rosé unusual depth and a saline edge. The estate has been certified organic since 2022.
The 2024 is a blend of 66% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 4% Rolle. Pale and luminous, it shows yellow fruit, boxwood and a hint of cardamom, then a juicy peach palate with real texture and a long, salty finish. 13.5% alc. 93 points Vinous.
A serious Cru Classé rosé for bouillabaisse, grilled prawns or long summer lunches.
