Domaine Christian Moreau Père & Fils is a family estate in Chablis, now run by Fabien Moreau. It is known for its Grand Cru holdings, including Les Clos, Valmur and Vaudésir. The domaine has been certified organic since 2013. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeasts.

The 2025 Chablis is raised in stainless steel to keep it pure and focused. It comes mostly from old vines in Béru. Expect citrus peel and a saline, sea-spray finish.

Classic village Chablis for oysters, shellfish or grilled white fish.
