Domaine Vincent Tremblay is a fifth-generation family estate in Chablis, now run by Vincent and Eléonore Tremblay. The family farms more than 37 hectares across the appellation, including 10 hectares of Premier Cru.
The grapes go to a gravity-fed pneumatic press, the juice settles naturally and the wine is raised in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The 2025 shows pear, white peach and green apple with lemon zest, wet stone and a salty, sea-spray finish. Great Value
