Dominique Portet grew up at Château Lafite, where his father was régisseur, before setting up his own Yarra Valley winery at Coldstream. Today the family estate is run by his son Ben Portet, and the Fontaine range is its fresh, early-drinking label.

The 2025 Fontaine Pinot Noir is bright and juicy, with red cherry, strawberry and a touch of spice over soft tannins.

An easy-going Yarra Pinot for charcuterie, salmon or a midweek roast.
