Laherte Frères is a family grower in Chavot, in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. Ultradition is its signature non-vintage blend, with a large share of Pinot Meunier.

This release is based on the 2023 harvest. It is fresh and generous, with red apple, citrus and brioche and a dry finish.

Grower Champagne for oysters, fried chicken or an aperitif.
